CCI employs a highly diverse well-trained staff at seven clinic locations and the administrative office. Altogether, the staff speaks 22 languages; a number of employees are multilingual. More than 130 people work at CCI. Licensed, Board certified, medical providers and primary care support staff include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, mental health therapists, a certified diabetes educator, patient referral coordinators and medical assistants. Dental staff includes dentists, a hygienist and dental assistants. The WIC program employs registered dietitians, nutrition counselors, nutrition assistants, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and support staff. The health centers welcome dedicated volunteer physicians as needs and space allow. Executive and department staff provide leadership and management.
