Kathleen Knolhoff has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Dietetics/Nutrition from the University of West Florida and began her professional career as a Public Health Nutritionist in Mobile, Alabama. At the same time, she enrolled in a Master of Public Health (MPH) Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received her MPH in May, 1990.
Ms. Knolhoff moved to New Jersey and spent three years as the Assistant Coordinator/Public Health Nutritionist of the Burlington County, NJ Women, Infants and Children’s (WIC) Program. She lived in Japan for two years teaching English in two Japanese High Schools before moving to the Washington, DC area.
Over the next thirteen years, Ms. Knolhoff served as WIC Program Director for Community Clinic, Inc. for four years; Health Officer for Talbot County, MD for two years; and Director of the Maryland WIC Program for seven years. During this time she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis from The George Washington University, Washington, DC and attended classes at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD as part of a Graduate Certificate in Health Finance and Management.
Ms. Knolhoff re-joined CCI in 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer.
