Medical Director

Dr. Chang received her M.D. degree from New York Medical College in 1998. After completing residency with the George Washington University – Holy Cross Family Practice Program, she began working at the Silver Spring office of Community Clinic, Inc. in 2001. Dr. Chang immediately took leadership of CCI’s participation in the Health Disparities Collaborative for Diabetes. She also participated in the Performance Improvement Committee as well as CCI’s Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. As CCI expanded, Dr. Chang became Associate Medical Director and Lead Clinician for Silver Spring in 2009. With her continued leadership in the organization, she then became the Medical Director in July 2010.
