Our Program

All CCI services are available equally to all patients regardless of ability to pay. WIC services are free to participants.
We are one of the oldest and largest providers of medical services to medically under-served people in Montgomery and northwestern Prince George's counties, CCI offers three major health services. In the primary care program, CCI serves more than 10,000 children and adults who are economically disadvantaged, homeless, disabled, with state medical assistance coverage or uninsured. The state of Maryland Women, Infants and Children (WIC)nutrition education and food supplement program enrolls more than 30,000 pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under the age of five. Over half the pregnant women in Montgomery County receive WIC services. Together, the programs serve more than 45,000 people in need who count on CCI for medical and health-related care. Lastly, CCI dental offers oral health care in Gaithersburg, Maryland. CCI is a patient-centered medical home for a significant number of individuals, families, friends and neighbors in our community.

Family Planning

CCI's Family Planning program provides important reproductive health services for women and men seeking quality family planning and other related care. Patient-centered and confidential, the program is a local resource for everything from yearly gynecological care to finding a birth control method. All methods of contraception are available for purchase on site. The program also provides free condoms, as well as low-cost STI testing and vaccinations for people of all genders.

Through CCI-TAYA, services are geared to teens and young adults -- men, women, and transgender people ages 12-35. All services are confidential and can be accessed without use of insurance to maintain privacy. Additionally, CCI-TAYA provides in-clinic and community based educational interventions designed to increase knowledge, build skills and reduce risk to promote positive and responsible reproductive health behaviors

All of CCI's locations provide a warm environment where patients feel each staff member respects their individuality and is committed to their well-being and overall health outcomes. They are easily accessible by car, bus or metro.
