New and established patients are encouraged to make an appointment for CCI primary care services at 1-866-877-7258, and for CCI-WIC nutrition services at 301-762-9426.

Appointments are times reserved for a patient and a provider, a time dedicated for an important medical visit under the best circumstances. CCI has many patients waiting for appointments, so for any reason, if a patient has to cancel an appointment, we ask for a 24-hour notice to reschedule and offer the time to another patient. Walk-ins are served as the schedule allows.
