CCI provides primary care to homeless people in three permanent, accessible clinic locations. The agency works closely with the Coalition for the Homeless, Healthcare for the Homeless, and partner agencies in Montgomery County to provide residents with primary care, flu shots, and referrals to specialty services. CCI-WIC provides checks for shelf-stable food packages for homeless women and children.
