Partnerships in the community are a sustaining
link to the health of the agency. During the year, CCI benefits
from generous donations, contributions and gifts for patients and
to maintain services. Medical professionals donate time and energy
as volunteers at the sites and add a solid measure of extra support
that is greatly appreciated. Pictured here, James DuBose, field
manager for 7-Eleven, presents a check to Amy Moorer, CCI director
of advancement, to support patient services through the annual “Help
the Homeless” Walkathon. Other active and dedicated donors
include Meridian Investments, the Mid-Atlantic Coca Cola Bottling
Company, the Kiwanis Club of North Bethesda, and the Montgomery
General Hospital Health Foundation, to name a few. Improving performance
at every level of service is enhanced by community and individual
gifts, as well as a variety of grant awards.
