If the doctor requests any lab work, x-rays, a sonogram, or a mammogram, the doctor will fill out a form for the tests. If you can get lab work done at CCI during your visit, you will get a discount. Please bring some extra money so you can pay at the clinic. If you must go to a nearby lab, the staff will give you directions.

If you need a specialist for continued care, the doctor will write a referral.
